ཐམས་ཅད་རུལ་མྱགས་སུ་སོང་བའི་ཤུལ་དུ།
ཁྱེད་གཅིག་པུ་མཐོ་སྒང་གི་ཡང་རྩེ་ནས་འགྲེང་བ་གོ་བས་དགའ།

སྤུན་ཟླ་གྲངས་མེད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་སྲོག་དུས་ཚོད་ཀྱི་རླུང་བུས་ཁུར་ཞིང་།
ང་ཚོའི་མང་པོ་མང་པོ་ཞིག་དུས་ཚོད་ཀྱི་ཡོལ་བས་སྒྲིབ་དུས།

I FEEL HOPELESS

When i conjure up the tears of my mother,

Living far far away,

I feel hopeless,

THE HOME-TRUTH

My office has grown cold today,
And i suddenly think of my mountain friend
Gathering firewood down in the valley
Or boiling white stones for potatoes in his hut,
 I wish i might take him a cup of wine
 To cheer him through the evening storm,
But in fallen leaves that have heaped the bare slopes,
How should i ever find his footprints!

དེ་རིང་གྲང་སྣང་ཞིག་གིས་ཡིག་ཚང་བཀང་གྱུར་པས།།
བདག་གི་རི་ངོགས་གྲོགས་པོས་རི་ལས་ཤིང་སྒྲུག་པའམ།།
ཁང་པར་ཞོ་ཁོག་བསྲེག་ཕྱིར་རྡོ་དཀར་བཀོལ་བའི་ཚུལ།།

THOUGHTS ON THE SELF-IMMOLATIONS

Over the past five to six months, self-immolations have become the order of the day in tibet, my motherland, and this has not stopped yet and seemingly it will continue "until" there is a solution with which we can find a way to usher peace, freedom, justice and truth in for the long-lasted atrocities in tibet. imagine how painful it can be to get one of your fingers burned and then project what those 86 deceased self-immolators' pain onto you, the pain, of course, is way beyond description but the underlying truth is that they are giving their lives up with this emphatic call in unison for freedom, justice and the return of His Holiness The Dalai Lama to tibet which, many of us are not aware of, have underlain this tragic wave of self-immolations.
