The poem of monsoon
(translated into English by the author along with Lobsang Wangdue and done some poetic brushes by Lobsang Wangdue)

When you bend your head on one side, with a book in your hand, and try to get engrossed in your reading, I want to shut all the windows to make sure that nothing disturbs you.

When you, smilingly, engage yourself in chat with friends, or converse on enlightening topics, I want to offer butter and sweet tea to you all to the testament of my sincerity.

But alas! The downpour dampened the soil in the process, she drenched even my paper on which I pen down my poems, and I found myself cursing the rain for spoiling the prairie where you study every day.
